Prachin Haveli – A Favorite for Families in Jodhpur (Rajasthan)

Prachin Haveli is a restored centuries-old haveli with 6 rooms, each offering a private bathroom, air conditioning, and views of the city or mountains. Guests can access all floors via a lift facility, a rare convenience in the narrow lanes of the old city. Rooms are spacious and include bathrobes and a tea/coffee maker.

The rooftop restaurant provides a full view of Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, and the blue city. Meals are pure Jain cuisine, with the Dal Baati Churma a notable dish. Breakfast is served as continental or full English/Irish options.

The haveli is an 8-minute walk from Mehrangarh Fort and 1.2 km from Jaswant Thada. Jodhpur Railway Station is 4.2 km away, and the Clock Tower and markets are within walking distance. The staff can arrange a tuk-tuk pickup from the Clock Tower to navigate the narrow access streets.

The hotel offers several massage services including back, foot, and full body massages. Guests can join bike tours, cooking classes, or walking tours organized by the hotel. A paid airport shuttle, car hire, and a tour desk are available for travel arrangements.

Daily housekeeping, room service, and laundry are provided. The hotel has CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers for security. Complimentary bottled water is offered to guests throughout their stay.
